About

I'm the person academies called when the backend broke.

Assani Consulting exists because I spent six years doing the unglamorous work that keeps creator-led education businesses alive — and discovered that almost nobody was doing it properly.

The short version

Six years behind the scenes.

I never set out to be a consultant. I ended up inside creator-led education businesses doing the parts nobody else wanted: onboarding students, running support inboxes, chasing failed payments, building the systems that hold a growing academy together.

Along the way I helped operate an academy with 1,500+ students and a business that reached $120k per month. I built 15+ internal systems — onboarding flows, support structures, retention triggers, reporting — and hired and managed the people who ran them.

The same pattern showed up everywhere: the marketing worked. The product was good. And money was quietly disappearing after the sale, where nobody was looking.

Founders were pouring money into traffic while buyers arrived, got confused, went inactive, and cancelled without anyone noticing. Not because the founders were careless — because backend operations is invisible work that sits between roles and belongs to no one.

Why I started Assani Consulting

Because that gap is fixable, and very few people are looking at it. Marketing agencies want to sell you more traffic. Course consultants want to rebuild your offer. Almost nobody audits what happens in the seven days after someone buys.

So that's what I do: find where revenue leaks after the sale, and build the systems that stop it. No hype, no guarantees, no income screenshots — just diagnosis and practical systems, priced with a fixed scope so you always know what you're buying.

Where I am now

Most of my operating work was private, inside other people's companies. That means I don't publish client names or dashboards without permission — and it means I'm building public case studies now, through the audits and sprints on this site. If that transparency matters to you, ask me about it directly on a call.

Background

What I've actually done.

Operations

Academy & membership operations

Ran day-to-day operations inside creator-led education businesses — onboarding, student support, community management, retention and the internal tooling behind them.

Systems

Backend systems design

Built 15+ internal systems including onboarding sequences, support tagging structures, failed payment recovery, at-risk flagging and reporting dashboards.

Team

Hiring & team workflows

Hired, trained and managed support and operations staff, and wrote the SOPs that let those teams run without the founder in every decision.

Scale

Growth-stage experience

Operated inside a business that reached $120k/month with 1,500+ active students — where small backend gaps become expensive fast.
