Business Systems & Revenue Diagnosis

Find the revenue leaks hiding inside your backend.

Buyers enter your business — then get confused, go inactive, and quietly cancel. We diagnose exactly where that happens, and hand you the fixes that protect revenue first.

Diagnosis first. Fixed scope, fixed price. No hype.

Sound familiar?

If this feels familiar, your backend may be leaking revenue.

New buyers don't know where to start after checkout.

Students join — but never activate or get a first win.

Support keeps answering the same questions on repeat.

Community engagement is weak and getting weaker.

Cancellations happen without any clear diagnosis of why.

Failed payments slip by without proper recovery.

The founder is still manually holding everything together.

You feel money leaking — but can't point to where.

Most founders check three or four before they finish reading.

That's a pattern, not bad luck.A Revenue Leak Audit finds which one is costing you most.

The reframe

You may not need more traffic first. You may need fewer leaks.

Most academies don't only lose money because they need more leads. They lose money because buyers enter the business and then get confused, inactive, unsupported, overwhelmed, disconnected — or silently cancel before they ever get a real win. More traffic poured into a leaking backend just leaks faster.

The signature

Every business runs this path. Yours leaks somewhere on it.

Eleven stages, from first attention to winback. The audit walks all of them and pinpoints exactly where — and how badly — yours is losing money.

Leaks show up at the marked stages — but severity, cause, and priority are specific to your business.

The method

How we find the leaks.

The same diagnostic sequence every time, scoped to your business. Predictable, not improvised.

01

Review the customer journey

Your customer's full path is written out end to end — first click, offer, checkout, onboarding, first win, support, renewal — so nothing is assumed.

02

Identify friction and drop-off

We mark exactly where attention, money, and customers fall out of that path, and what's causing each leak.

03

Score each leak

Every leak is rated by impact, urgency, and ease of fix — so priority is a calculation, not a guess.

04

Prioritize the top 3–5 fixes

You get the fixes that protect the most revenue, in order. A focused roadmap — not a 40-item wishlist.

05

Recommend what to build first

Run the roadmap yourself, or bring us in to build the highest-priority systems through a Backend Fix Sprint.

Choose your starting point

Three ways to start.

Most clients begin with the audit, then implement. Each has a fixed scope, timeline, and price — no vague retainers.

Not sure which fits? Request a Revenue Leak Review — we'll point you to the right one.

Honest qualification

Built for businesses with real customers and real backend problems.

This is for

  • Creator-led education businesses, academies, coaching and membership businesses
  • Info-businesses and founder-led digital businesses
  • Businesses with existing students, customers, leads, or audience
  • Owners who want practical systems, not a 60-page strategy deck

Not for

  • No product, no audience, no customers — there's nothing to diagnose yet
  • Anyone expecting guaranteed revenue numbers
  • Founders who want free consulting before paying
  • People who want everything fixed at once, immediately

Questions you're probably asking.

Do you guarantee revenue?+

No — and I'd be careful with anyone who does. Too much sits outside a consultant's control: your offer, your market, your follow-through. What I sell is diagnosis, clarity, and practical systems. I'll show you exactly where revenue is leaking and what to fix first. Whether you act on it is where the result is made.

Do I need existing customers?+

Yes. The audit diagnoses a live business — real buyers, real behavior, real drop-off. If you have no product, audience, or customers yet, there's nothing to diagnose, and I'll tell you that instead of taking your money.

What access do you need?+

View access to your product, support inbox, and any onboarding, retention, or payment data you have. The more honest the access, the sharper the diagnosis. An NDA is available on request — your data stays yours.

Is this only for education businesses?+

Education, coaching, membership, and info-businesses are the core focus because that's where my operating experience is deepest. Founder-led digital businesses with similar backend structures are also a fit — if you're unsure, ask on the call.

Can you implement the fixes too?+

Yes. That's the Backend Fix Sprint — we take the top 1–3 priorities from your audit and build them properly. You're never obligated to continue after the audit; the roadmap is yours either way.

How long does the audit take?+

5–7 days from the moment I have access. The Backend Fix Sprint runs 14–30 days depending on scope. Timelines are agreed up front.

What if I already know my backend is messy?+

Knowing it's messy and knowing which mess is costing you the most money are different things. The audit turns a vague feeling into a scored, prioritized list — so you fix what protects revenue first, not what's loudest. If you genuinely already know your top priority, skip straight to a sprint.

Is this marketing or operations?+

Operations — the revenue side of it. I don't run ads or grow your audience. I work on what happens after someone buys: onboarding, activation, support, retention, payment recovery, and the systems that hold them together.
