For academies, courses, memberships & coaching businesses

The money isn't leaving where you think it is.

Six years inside creator-led education businesses taught me that the biggest losses almost never happen where founders are looking. Here's how I find them — in about four minutes.

Watch: where revenue actually leaks (4 min)

This is for businesses that already have customers, students or traffic — not pre-launch ideas.

Sound familiar?

If more than a few of these are true, you have a leak — not a traffic problem.

New buyers don't know where to start after checkout.

Students join — but never activate or get a first win.

Support keeps answering the same questions on repeat.

Community engagement is weak and getting weaker.

Cancellations happen without any clear diagnosis of why.

Failed payments slip by without proper recovery.

You're still manually holding everything together.

You feel money leaking — but can't point to where.

That's a pattern, not bad luck. The audit tells you which one is costing you most.

Run the numbers

What a quiet leak actually costs you in a year.

Move the sliders to roughly match your business. This is simple arithmetic on your own numbers — not a projection, promise, or estimate of what we'd recover.

Revenue exposed per year
$0
Based purely on the figures you entered above.
Non-activation exposure$0
Churn exposure$0
Failed payments$0

Illustrative arithmetic only. Every business is different, and no part of this is a forecast or a guarantee of recovered revenue. The audit replaces these guesses with your real numbers.

If you move to a Backend Fix Sprint within 30 days, your audit fee comes off the sprint price. Diagnose first, and the diagnosis effectively becomes free.

Honest qualification

This works for some businesses. Not all of them.

Right fit

  • You have an existing offer and real paying customers
  • You're running an academy, course, membership or coaching business
  • You can feel the backend is weak but can't name where
  • You'll act on a prioritised plan once you have one

Not right yet

  • No product, no audience, no customers — nothing to diagnose
  • You want a guaranteed revenue or churn number
  • You want free consulting before paying for anything
  • You can't share access to the systems being reviewed
No pressure

What happens after you request a review.

01

Three quick questions

Business type, main symptom, rough size. Sixty seconds, no essay.

02

I check the fit

If it's not a match I'll say so and point you somewhere better. No chase sequence.

03

Short diagnostic call

We look at your business together and name the likely leaks — useful either way.

04

The audit begins

If it makes sense, we scope it. Your map, scorecard and roadmap land in 5–7 days.

Straight answers

Before you ask.

Do you guarantee I'll recover the leaked revenue?+

No — and I'd be careful with anyone who does. Your offer, your market and your follow-through all sit outside my control. What I sell is diagnosis and a prioritised plan. I'll show you exactly where revenue is leaking and what to fix first. Acting on it is where the result gets made.

What proof do you have that this works?+

Most of my operating work was private, so I don't publish client names without permission. That's exactly why the audit is priced as a small first step — you see the quality of the thinking before committing to anything larger. Public case studies are being built through these audits right now.

Why $500 and not more?+

Because it's the first step, not the whole engagement. It's priced so the decision is easy relative to what a leak costs. If implementation makes sense afterwards, that's a separate, clearly scoped sprint — never an automatic upsell.

What access do you actually need?+

View access to your product or course platform, your support inbox, and whatever onboarding, retention or payment data exists. An NDA is available on request. The more honest the access, the sharper the diagnosis.

What if I already know what's broken?+

Knowing something is messy and knowing which mess costs the most are different things. The audit turns a feeling into a scored list. If you genuinely already know your top priority, skip this and go straight to a Backend Fix Sprint.

Can you implement the fixes as well?+

Yes — that's the Backend Fix Sprint, where the top 1–3 priorities get built properly. You're never obligated to continue. The roadmap is yours either way.

How soon can you start?+

Usually within a week or two, depending on how many audits are running. The audit itself takes 5–7 days once access is in place.
