The plain-language terms that apply when you work with Assani Consulting — what we deliver, how payment works, and where responsibility sits on both sides.
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern any engagement between [Assani Consulting / legal entity name] ("Assani Consulting", "we", "us") and the business or individual purchasing services ("Client", "you"). By booking a call, submitting an application form, paying an invoice, or otherwise engaging Assani Consulting, you agree to these Terms.
Assani Consulting works with businesses internationally, including in the United States, United Kingdom, Norway, and the Gulf region (UAE, Saudi Arabia, and neighbouring markets). These Terms apply regardless of where you or your business are located.
Assani Consulting provides business consulting services for creator-led education businesses, academies, membership sites, coaching businesses, and founder-led digital companies, including but not limited to:
The exact scope, deliverables, timeline, and price for any engagement are confirmed separately — by email, proposal, invoice, or written agreement — before paid work begins. Where anything in a written proposal conflicts with these Terms, the written proposal takes priority for that engagement.
Assani Consulting's services are intended for businesses and business owners, not consumers acting for personal, household, or domestic purposes. By engaging Assani Consulting, you confirm you are doing so in a business capacity.
Some pages on this website use a short application form to understand a business before offering a call. Submitting an application form does not create a contract, guarantee a response, or guarantee acceptance as a client. Assani Consulting may decline to work with a business at its discretion, including after reviewing an application.
Booking a call through our scheduling tool reserves time on the calendar. It does not, by itself, constitute a paid engagement unless stated otherwise.
Fees for each engagement are agreed in writing before work begins, typically in [USD, unless otherwise agreed]. Unless a different arrangement is confirmed in writing:
Prices shown on this website are indicative starting points, not fixed quotes. The actual fee for your engagement is the amount confirmed in writing before you pay.
Assani Consulting will bring genuine expertise, honest diagnosis, and diligent work to every engagement. However, we do not and cannot guarantee specific outcomes — including specific revenue increases, conversion improvements, retention improvements, or any other business result. Results depend on many factors outside our control, including your market, your team's execution, your existing systems, and general business conditions.
Any figures, examples, or case studies referenced on this website or in proposals are illustrative and are not a promise of similar results for your business.
To deliver the work, we typically need timely access to relevant systems, data, logins, documentation, or team members. Delays caused by the Client — including delayed access, delayed feedback, or delayed decisions — may extend project timelines. We are not responsible for missed deadlines caused by such delays.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, once an engagement is paid in full, ownership of the specific deliverables created for you (such as documented systems, written audits, or custom builds) transfers to you.
Assani Consulting retains ownership of its own pre-existing methods, frameworks, templates, and general know-how used to deliver the work, and may reuse these (in general, non-confidential form) with other clients.
We do not publish your business name, data, or identifiable details as a case study or reference without your permission. Where you agree to be featured, we will confirm the exact wording with you first.
Each party agrees to keep the other's confidential business information private, and to use it only for the purposes of the engagement. This obligation continues after the engagement ends. Confidential information does not include information that is already public, already known to the receiving party, or independently developed.
Calls booked through our scheduler can be rescheduled or cancelled using the link in your confirmation email, with reasonable notice. Refunds for paid engagements are governed by our separate Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
Assani Consulting is engaged as an independent contractor / consultant, not as your employee, agent, partner, or joint venturer. Nothing in these Terms creates an employment, partnership, or agency relationship between the parties.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Assani Consulting's total liability arising from any engagement is limited to the amount you actually paid for that engagement. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses, including loss of profits, loss of revenue, or loss of business opportunity, even if we were advised such losses were possible.
Nothing in these Terms limits liability where it cannot be limited under applicable law (for example, liability for fraud or, where applicable, death or personal injury caused by negligence).
Either party may end an ongoing engagement with reasonable written notice. You remain responsible for paying for work already completed or in progress up to the point of termination, in line with the agreed payment structure and our Refund Policy.
Neither party is liable for delay or failure to perform caused by events beyond its reasonable control, such as natural disaster, war, government action, internet or infrastructure outages, or other similar events.
We may update these Terms from time to time, for example to reflect new services or legal requirements. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page shows when it was last revised. Material changes affecting an active, paid engagement will be communicated to you directly.
These Terms are governed by the laws of [governing law / jurisdiction — to be confirmed], without regard to conflict-of-law principles, and any disputes will be subject to the courts or arbitration process of that jurisdiction, unless local law applicable to you grants you additional mandatory rights that cannot be waived.
